(Eagle News)–Santa Rosa, Laguna will have its own representative in the House of Representatives soon.
This was after President Rodrigo Duterte signed Republic Act 11395 that creates the new legislative district separate from the existing first legislative district of Laguna.
The law was signed on Aug. 22.
The Commission on Elections has 60 days to draft the implementing rules and regulations of the measure.
