Duterte raises bounty for killers of 4 cops in N. Oriental to P6 million

(Eagle News)–President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday, Aug. 8, raised the reward  for any information leading to the arrest of those behind the killings of four policemen in Negros Oriental to P6 million.

The President made the revelation in a speech in the Palace.

Two suspects have so far been arrested in the killings authorities said were perpetrated by members of the New People’s Army.

The policemen were on their way to check reports about the presence of NPA in Ayungon on July 18 when they were ambushed, authorities said.
