(Eagle News)–President Rodrigo Duterte has asked officials of PhilHealth to submit their courtesy resignation following reports a dialysis center in Quezon City was processing PhilHealth claims of deceased medical patients.

This is according to Senator-elect Bong Go.

According to Go, covered by the President’s instruction were PhilHealth president Roy Ferrer and board members.

Duterte’s instruction came two days after he said he did not doubt Ferrer’s integrity a he was among those who pushed for the prosecution of those involved in the scheme involving WellMed Dialysis Center in Novaliches.

On Saturday, Duterte also ordered the National Bureau of Investigation to arrest the medical center’s owners. Meanne Corvera
