QUEZON CITY—Presumptive President Rodrigo Duterte asked the members of the media to not be intimidated by his strong and forceful personality.
His staff also said that the members of the media should be prepared for midnight or early morning press conferences.
Duterte will also discontinue the practice of submitting pre-screened questions.
