(Eagle News)–The Philippine National Police on Friday, July 19, announced the promotion of some of its senior officials.
In a statement, the PNP said President Rodrigo Duterte approved the promotions of PNP’s Director for Intelligence, Police Brigadier General Timoteo G. Pacleb, to Police Major General; of PNP spokesperson Colonel Bernard M. Banac and Police Col. Walter E. Castillejos, the Executive Officer of the Directorate for Integrated Police Operations in Northern Luzon, to Police Brigadier General; and of Police Lieutenant Col. Hermogenes D. Cabe, PLTC Benliner Capili, PLTC Edilberto DC Leonardo, PLTC Judy S. Lopez, PLTC Fernando R. Ortega, and PLTC Brimar F. Rodica to Police Col.
The PNP said the promotion was endorsed by the Civil Service Commission, upon the recommendation of Interior Secretary Eduardo M Año and the PNP Senior Officers’ Placement and Promotion Board.
