(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed former Transportation Undersecretary Cesar Chavez to the Bases Conversion and Development Authority Board of Directors.
Chavez term as member will expire on June 30, 2019.
Chavez had resigned as undersecretary of the Department of Transportation following the several glitches that marred the operations of the Metro Rail Transit 3.
Chavez had cited a “simple sense of delicadeza” as the reason for his then-resignation.
