QUEZON City, Philippines – The Department of Public Works and Highways, together with the concessionaire of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Expressway Project will give free access to motorists as courtesy to them for the traffic caused by the construction of the Phase 2A project.
According to the DPWH, motorists who will use the Phase 2A Macapagal Boulevard, MIA Road and NAIA Terminals 1 and 2 Elevated Express way will not pay any fees for the use of these roads from September 22 until October 22.
