DOJ releases revised immigration lookout order vs Aegis Juris frat members

(Eagle News) — The Department of Justice on Friday released a revised immigration lookout bulletin order against members of the Aegis Juris fraternity believed responsible for the death of Horacio Castillo III.

The revised ILBO now contains 20 names, up from the 16 contained in the first ILBO.

The DOJ asked immigration officers to be on the lookout for Arvin Balag, Aeron Salientes, Marcelino Bagtang, Zimon Padro, Jose Miguel Salamat, John Paul Solano, Ged Villanueva, Milfren Alvarado and Daniel Ragos.

Also included in the revised ILBO were Dave Felix, Carl Mattew Villanueva, Mhin Wei Chan, Marc Anthony Ventura, Axxel Munro Hipe, Oliver John Audrey Onofre, Joshua Joriel Macabali, Jason Adolfo Robinos, Ralph Trangia, Ranie Rafael Santiago, and Danielle Hans Mattew Rodrigo.

The DOJ also tasked the BI to coordinate with the Philippine National Police and obtain additional information about these subjects.

Trangia and Solano were named primary suspects in the death of Castillo, who died of a heart attack due to massive trauma from injuries believed sustained during hazing rites.

Also named a primary suspect was  Trangia’s father Antonio, who police said was the registered owner of the red pickup that took Castillo to the hospital.

On Friday, Solano surrendered to Senator Panfilo Lacson, who turned him over to the Manila Police District.

The BI said the younger Trangia left the country for Taiwan on Sept. 19.

Salientes surfaced at the National Bureau of Investigation  on Friday, hours after Solano surrendered, to clear his name.
