MANILA, Philippines, April 17 (Eagle News) — Justice Secretary Leila De Lima said that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is hoping that the leadership of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) will cooperate to ensure that the members of said group would be surrendered to face justice regarding the Mamasapano incident.
