MANILA, Philippines, August 7 (Eagle News) — In response to the announcement of China that it is putting a halt on reclamation activities in West Philippine Sea, but want to see incontrovertible proof.
Also, the said department added that China is still liable for violations of international laws even if they put a halt on said reclamation activities.
