DFA monitors Filipina nurses positive with MERS-CoV

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, August 24 (Eagle News) — According to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), the Philippine embassy in Saudi Arabia is monitoring the condition of two Filipina nurses in the said country that tested positive for the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), with the hospital management wherein the two nurses were confined assuring the Philippine embassy that all of the medical needs of the said nurses are being well-taken care of.
