DepEd postpones NCAE and NAT in Metro Manila

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Department of Education (DepEd) has temporarily suspended the National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) and the National Achievement Test (NAT) in Metro Manila.

The exams, which aim to assess and evaluate the aptitude, skill and inclination of a student for a particular occupation or field, were initially scheduled for March 1 and March 2.

DepEd Secretary Leonor Briones cited logistical difficulties for the temporary suspension.

The NCAE and NAT in other regions proceeded as planned.
