QUEZON City, Philippines – Outgoing Education Secretary Armin Luistro and Incoming Education Secretary Leonor Briones made the rounds of public schools on Monday, June 13, when school year 2016-2017 started. They also assured the public that everything is running smoothly for the start of the new school year, including the implementation of the K-12 program.
