DAVAO City, Philippines, July 13 (Eagle News) — The local government of Davao City issued an order suspending a durian candy factory after learning that it is operating without the necessary permit.
Said durian candy factory was involved in the mass poisoning of 2, 000 students in Surigao del Sur and other areas in the Caraga region.
