MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Ilocos Norte congresswoman Imelda Marcos still hopes for poll integrity and that Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., would be proclaimed the winner for the vice presidential polls.
Next week, the senate and the house will convene for the official count of the winning president and vice president.
