MANILA, Philippines, August 10 (Eagle News) — According to Senator Sonny Angara, the two houses of the Congress is ready to submit to President Benigno S. Aquino III the law which will provide financial assistance to those who want to pursue college education.
With the passage of said law, only the signature of President Aquino is needed to give it full effect.
