QUEZON City, Philippines – As early as now, the Congress through incoming House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez said that its ready to give the executive department extra power to solve the traffic problem, especially in Metro Manila. Alvarez said the traffic problem can already be considered as a crisis and the new administration needs to implement drastic measures to solve it.
