MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections held an emergency meeting in response to the decision of the Supreme Court enjoining said commission to issue vote receipts during the elections. The COMELEC is worried that said decision will affect its preparation for the election and that it will cause delay in the counting of the votes.
