MANILA, Philippines, August 27 (Eagle News) — The Commission on Election (COMELEC) targets signing of contract with SLI Global Solutions for the checking of the source code which will serve as the blueprint for the technology to be used in the 2016 elections.
The contract is said to be worth Php 35 million. The COMELEC added that the checking of source code will be open to the public.
