QUEZON City, Philippines – The Commission on Elections denied accusations that the Supreme Court En Banc did not approved mall voting. According to COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista, the COMELEC issued a resolution saying that the Supreme Court En Banc approved mall voting and the the COMELEC should conduct a public hearing. Bautista said that the COMELEC conducted said public hearing, together with the political parties.
