QUEZON City, Philippines – The Commission on Elections asked the public to witness the last leg of the presidential debate to be held at Dagupan, Pangasinan. Said debate is the joint project of the COMELEC and the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster sa Pilipinas as well as the media outfits.
