(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers are expected in parts of the country as the northeasterly surface windflow prevails over Extreme Northern Luzon.
Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands will have those conditions, with flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Extreme Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters while the rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
