(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies are expected in the country today, May 16, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers are expected in Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.
According to the weather bureau, light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters are expected in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
