(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies will prevail in the country today, Sunday, July 28, as the southwest monsoon affects western sections of Luzon and Visayas.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the whole country will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.
PAGASA said the western sections of Luzon and Visayas will have moderate to strong winds, and moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country, the weather bureau said, will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
