Cloudy skies, scattered rainshowers forecast in four provinces

(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies and scattered rainshowers are forecast over four provinces as the tail-end of a cold front affects the eastern section of Northern Luzon.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said these conditions will be experienced in the provinces of Apayao, Isabela and Cagayan including Babuyan Islands.

Cloudy skies with scattered light rains are expected over Kalinga, Abra, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Batanes, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan and Northern Aurora due to the northeast monsoon.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will, on the other hand, be experienced over Southern Aurora province caused by localized thunderstorms.

Strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and Aurora province.

PAGASA said the coastal waters will be rough to very rough.
