Cloudy skies, scattered rainshowers expected in Cagayan Valley, other areas

(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers are expected in parts of the country.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said these conditions will prevail over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Camarines provinces, Aurora, Quezon and Catanduanes due to the low pressure area off the  east of Baler, Aurora.

Flash floods or landslides due to occasional heavy rains are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters, while Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
