(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies with light rains are expected over several areas in Northern Luzon.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said these conditions will be felt in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Benguet and Aurora in particular.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, on the other hand, are expected over Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan due to northeast monsoon.
PAGASA said moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and in Aurora Province.
The coastal waters will be moderate to very rough, the weather bureau said.
