(Eagle News)– Cloudy skies with light rains are expected in parts of the country today.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said cloudy skies with light rains will be experienced over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected over Aurora Province due to Northeast Monsoon that affects Luzon.
PAGASA said strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and Aurora province.
The coastal waters will be rough to very rough.
