(Eagle News)–Metro Manila will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated thunderstorms today, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
PAGASA said apart from Metro Manila, the rest of the country will experience the same conditions due to localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.
Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters, while Visayas and the rest of Luzon, and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
