(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies will prevail in parts of the country as the southwest monsoon affects Luzon and Visayas.
The Philippine Atmospheric and Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Ilocos Region, Zambales and Bataan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslide due to scattered light to moderate rains are possible.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms, PAGASA said.
Extreme Northern Luzon will have strong winds and rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country will have moderate to strong winds and coastal waters.
