Cloudy skies expected in parts of PHL

(Eagle News)–Cloudy skies are expected in parts of the country today, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.

Northern Luzon will have moderate winds and moderate coastal waters, while the
rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.

As of 3 a.m., PAGASA is monitoring a low pressure area  located 640 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora or 715 km east northeast of Infanta, Quezon.
