China expressed its worries regarding the visit of President Xi Jinping to the Philippines in order to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation or APEC Summit. At the root of the concern is the possibility of protest actions and rallies welcoming the said leader due to the territorial dispute between China and the Philippines in the West Philippine Sea.
