MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — Magbibigay ng humanitarian aid ang China sa Pilipinas matapos yanigin ng magnitude 6.7 na lindol ang Surigao Del Norte.
Ayon sa tagapagsalita ng Chinese Foreign Ministry, nakahanda umanong magbigay ng karagdagang tulong ang pamahalaan ng China matapos magpahayag ng tulong ang Chinese Red Cross sa mga apektadong lugar ng 50 thousand US dollars na halaga ng mga supply.
“The Chinese government stands ready to provide aid for the Philippines’ disaster relief effort. We believe the people in the affected area will overcome the difficulties and get back to their normal lives and production soon under the leadership of the Philippine government,” pahayag ni Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang.
