BEIJING, China, August 4 (Eagle News) — According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, the coming meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) is not the proper forum for the discussion of the territorial dispute in the West Philippine Sea, thus said issue should not be included in the agenda of the said talks.
