MAKATI City, Philippines, August 11 (Eagle News) — The brother of former president and now Pampanga congresswoman Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, died while being confined in the Makati Medical Center due to cancer.
CGMA’s brother died after the Sandiganbayan gave its permission to the former president to leave the Veterans’ Memorial Medical Center to visit her sick brother.
