QUEZON City, Philippines – Acknowledged as Central Visayas’ Number Two Drug Lord Franz Sabalones surrendered to Philippine National Police Director General Ronald Dela Rosa. Sabalones is considered to be even higher in the hierarchy compared to big-time drug lord Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz. Sabalones will remain in Camp Crame while PNP conducts investigations.
