NDRRMC: Over 8,000 families evacuated following Mt. Mayon’s phreatic eruption

Sasmuan, Pampanga police chief nabbed for alleged extortion

  The chief of the Sasmuan, Pampanga municipal station was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly extorted P30,000 from an amusement park operator. Chief Insp. Romeo Bulanadi was nabbed after he accepted the marked money from a member of the Philippine National Police’s Counter-Intelligence Task Force at 7:15 p.m., at the Sasmuan Municipal Police Station.
