PAGASA monitors two active tropical cyclones outside PAR

(Eagle News)–The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring two weather disturbances outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. PAGASA said a tropical depression was spotted 610 kilometers west southwest of Iba, Zambales, packing maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 55 kph.
