The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is coordinating with the manufacturers of canned sardines, noodles, candles and others to ensure that there is an ample supply of said products in areas ravaged by super-typhoon “Ruby”.
After slightly weakening earlier this morning, Ruby has maintained its strength and slow upward movement towards Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 140kph and gustiness of up to 170kph.
