Slow-moving ‘Ruby’ claims 6 lives in Visayas; Metro up next

Other countries ready to help the Philippines

According to Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff General Pio Catapang, eleven countries expressed their readiness to help the Philippines after the onslaught of “Ruby”. The World Food Programme and European Union also expressed their willingness to help.
