(Eagle News)—Tropical Depression “Samuel”  made landfall over Borongan, Eastern Samar early Wednesday, Nov. 21. Palace: No power can enforce arbitral ruling on S. China Sea, so far

SWS: 84 percent of Filipinos reject gov’t “inaction” in West PHL Sea issue
