Syrian court finds employer of slain OFW Joanna Demafelis guilty of murder

(Eagle News)–The employer of slain Overseas Filipino Worker Joanna Demafelis has been found guilty of her murder. The Department of Foreign Affairs Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers said Syrian national Mouna Ali Hassoun was convicted by the Syrian District Criminal Court.
