(Eagle News)–President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday, Dec. 3, said he would ensure ABSCBN would not get its franchise renewed. (Eagle News)–Typhoon “Tisoy” has maintained its strength as it moved westward over Mindoro Strait. MMDA: Number-coding scheme suspended effective noon today

(Eagle News)–The number-coding scheme is suspended effective noon today, December 3. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority made the announcement in a social media post. The suspension came as rains due to Typhoon “Tisoy” battered Metro Manila, which had been placed under Signal No. 2. The Palace earlier suspended work in government offices and classes in Metro Manila effective noon as well.
