(Eagle News) — Several flights on Thursday, Nov. 14, were cancelled due to bad weather.

2P2921: Manila-Legazpi
2P 922: Legazpi-Manila
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said signal number 2 remains hoisted over Catanduanes due to Tropical Storm “Ramon.”
Six other areas are under signal number 1.
