The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Signal Number 2 has been hoisted over Isabela, Aurora and Quirino as “Jenny,” now a tropical storm, moves toward Central Luzon.
Signal No. 1 is in place in Cagayan, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Abra, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Rizal, northern portion of Quezon including Polillo Islands, Cavite, Laguna, Camarines Norte, the northeastern portion of Camarines Sur and Catanduanes.
