(Eagle News)–Several flights on Sunday, Sept. 1, were cancelled due to the bad weather.
Below are the cancelled flights, according to the Manila International Airport Authority.
PAL EXPRESS
2P 2889/2890 (Manila-Ozamiz-Manila)
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the low pressure area off Cagayan has intensified into Tropical Depression “Kabayan,” while another LPA, this time east of Surigao del Sur, is slated to develop into Tropical Depression “Liwayway” in 48 hours.
PAGASA said scattered light to moderate rains with at times heavy rainshowers may be experienced over Ilocos Region, Zambales, Bataan, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA and Western Visayas due to the southwest monsoon.
