MANILA, Philippines – The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board said that it will start the calibration of taxi meters in April after the approval of the Php 30 flag-down rate. The LTFRB clarified that although the taxi meters are still not calibrated, the provisional rate of Php 30 flag-down rate is still in effect.
