MANILA, Philippines, September 10 (Eagle News) — Business group Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry rejected the proposal of a change in working hours to alleviate the worsening traffic situation, saying that private enterprises have transactions with government offices in the same time.
Said group added that the government should instead prioritize the completion of its road projects.
