MANILA, Philippines, July 16 (Eagle News) — The Bureau of Customs (BOC) is going to ask the local government of Tarlac for permission to dump imported garbage from Canada in the said province.
The said bureau sees this as the only way of dispatching the imported garbage that is currently staying at the Manila port area.
