Davao City Congressman Carlo Nograles expressed his concern regarding the row between the Commission on Elections Chairman Andres Bautista and Commissioner Rowena Guanzon may affect the coming May elections.
He added that said dispute should have remained internal so that the independence and neutrality of the COMELEC will not be affected.
